Is My Anti-virus Software Bogus

Competition has caused many improvements in the society, but at the same time it has resulted in degradation in quality for the sake of reduction in prices in some cases. Many anti virus companies are found defeated from the latest virus attacks. Their products are not able to control the virus attacks. Immoral elements study the software of the company and then produce another particular malicious program after confirmation that the company’s anti spy ware will not detect it.

The mechanism used by these immoral virus programmers have changed a bit. They have made malicious contents which will not directly affect your folders but install a program in the background that can damage your computer at a slow rate corrupting system files. Nowadays there are websites that need the users to install certain software before accessing the content. These are not the software needed to gain access but are spy wares that actually monitor you activity on your PC and can read your keystrokes. These soft wares are used to get access to passwords of the user and then can herm the user financially. The software companies are not able to fight these latest weapons being launched by these malicious programmers on daily basis and then the user thinks about the effective strength of the so called 100 % secure anti viruses.

Many companies provide you with low grade software for free on the internet and then ask you to purchase a premier version from their website. This is just a marketing stunt used by various software firms today. The free version will only detect the virus in your computer, sometimes is can shock you with large number of malicious viruses then actually present. This makes you feel really unsecured and you fall pray of these rubbish free software tricks. Thus it is advised not to download any anti virus from the internet. You must always follow trusted software which has been proved by various other users like you.

You can easily determine from the contact page of the company that whether it is a genuine service provider or a bogus one. If the contact page has all the relevant details like the telephone numbers, address both the physical and the postal and e-mail addresses. If they only have the e-mail as a contact information then they might not be a secure company to deal with.
