Lastly, see a doctor whenever you feel that there’s something abnormal within your body.

Some companies do offer a flexible spending account to their employees. These tax-advantaged savings scheme helps everyone to set aside money for their future use. But how? Well, comes cut-off time, you specify how much you want to set aside in your payroll and be diverted to your flexible spending account. This amount is deducted from your monthly paycheck before the accounting department will begin computing for their withholding tax.

You may be tempted into throwing away all your medical receipts simply because you thought it’s a piece of paper, but don’t. After all, you don’t know the implication of this action. Humans as we are, we are all vulnerable to committing mistakes, including doctors. They may charge you of medical costs more than the actual. If you have your receipts, you can contest that and ask for some monetary claim or reimbursement from the health.
