Try this tempting chicken and rice casserole recipe to spice up your meals!
1 med chicken
1 6-oz pkg long grain wild rice cooked in chicken broth
1/2 lb hot sausage
2 onions chopped fine
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
Butter casserole dish. Dice chicken and place in dish. Cook sausage with onion until brown (pour off any excess fat). Combine sausage and onions with osup and spread over chicken. Add rice and top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
