World has seen a change in lifestyle with the advent of the internet. People today can’t imagine what there life would be without it. It has become a need of the hour. You will find internet everywhere and all ranges of people use it. For children it is considered to be the largest stack of information from where they can get any information they want. Thus parents think it a necessity to have a computer with an internet connection, before the child even learns to speak all the alphabets. This is the degree of importance internet has gained in recent decades.
But there is a dilemma to this fact, that children can get information from the internet. The dilemma is that your children are able to access any information from the internet. Please mark the word any, here. Any includes both kinds of in formations, the one that is necessary for your child and is a boon for him or her and the other one is the kind of information that can harm your child, literally. Thus it is must to have a check on what your child is up to while using the internet. There are people who do not take care about what their kids do on the net and eventually they find it difficult to understand why their kids are not behaving normally, or why their kids are becoming drug addict. The point here is not that your child can become a drug addict; the point is that internet can harm your child if not fire walled properly.
If you do not care about this, then there are huge amount of surety that your kid might be watching things, which he shouldn’t. let us be more open here, your kid might be watching the free porn sites on the internet. This can severely damage your child’s psychology from younger age. He might loose his or her concentration levels and might even get addicted to watching these sites. Then it will be really hard for parents to control your child’s behavior and a rehabilitation camp might be the answer to all this. Thus if you want your child grow normally then do take good care of the stuff he or she is watching on the internet. It doesn’t take much to do so. You can get firewalls that can ban your child from watching porn sites, or you can watch the history of sites visited by your kid to have a look at what you kid is up to.
