Providing good customer service is only possible if you know all of the factors that are involved in the process.

With the management of his own personal development, the office manager had learned that the total rewards of job fulfillment were found in the lives of his employees. If they were productive on the job, and happy in their personal lives, then it would undoubtedly reflect very positively on the success of his own management skills.
